3.5” x 2” business cards and 560px x 105px web banners. This health risk assessment series consisted of a set of business cards and web banners, with each card or banner encouraging viewers to take the corresponding online assessment for various health risks. The concept behind the design was to have a constant background with a slight, but clear difference between the various health risks. Purple images of the icons representing the health risks were provided by the client and were then vectorized into white icons as well as white outlined versions of the icons. A pattern was formed by repeating each of the white outlined icons over a solid purple background. For each piece in the series, the health risk was indicated by using the white version of the icon.
